Every summer the All England Club hosts the world’s oldest and most prestigious grand slam tennis championship, Wimbledon. Roger Federer - considered by many to be the greatest player in the history of the game - will be hoping to equal Pete Sampras’s record seventh Wimbledon title, but is likely to meet familiar opposition in 2009's losing finalist Andy Roddick, British number one Andy Murray, and Rafael Nadal, notably Federer’s conqueror in the epic 2008 final.
The Williams sisters have shared the spoils in eight of the last ten women’s singles tournaments, meeting one another in the final on five of those occasions. There are sure to be many challengers hoping to end their dominance at SW19, not least Belgian duo Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin, who have both returned to the game in 2009.
Our official Debenture tickets will guarantee you access to Centre Court on your chosen date, whilst our hospitality packages entitle you to a luxurious array of benefits on either of the All England Club’s two show courts, including a champagne cocktail and canapé reception, á la carte menu, complimentary bar, and the traditional afternoon tea with Wimbledon’s famous strawberries and cream.
